Turbo/super Charger Overboost Condition

Did anyone come across faulty code Turbo/Super Charger Overboost Condition (see attachment). Check engine light is constantly on and car is loosing power after a while of driving.

I have ford galaxy 2008, 2.0 TDCI, 140 bhp

any answer will be highly apreciated.

I have the same problem on an 09 2.0 tdci and i get the p2263 fault, changed the intake air temp sensor, the egr was capped by the previous owner, i cleaned the dpf but still no banana... will try diesel filter tomorrow

I occasionally get that error on mine as it has been remapped so boost is higher - no fault lights or other symptoms though...
