Sloppy Gear Stick

Hope someone can help, my gear stick is very sloppy, I've had it apart and its the plastic bits that hold the bottom of the stick in place, it's worn big style and some of the plastic fingers that hold it down have broken off!

Would anyone have the part no's for the bits and know where i can get them from?
