Rear Passenger Door Windows To Not Lower Fully.

Hi.

Pressumably this is a security thing like the child locks but the windows only lower about two thirds from the control buttons.

I've turned off the child locks but they still only go down 2/3's.

Does anyone know a way to have them lower fully?

What vehicle is it? Some rear windows don't go all the way down due to the shape of the door, normally because of the rear wheel arch.
