Mkiii Won't Start Intermittently

I have just started having a problem with my MK3 2.0 TDI Galaxy.Sometimes I turn the key and it will not start.All lights come on but it doesn't even attempt to turn over but if I bump start the car it fires up no problem.

 

It will then start a few times and do it again.

I have also noticed a slight knock and vibration so looks like I could be suffering from a DMF on its way out.Can this cause starting issues ?

whats the battery voltage?

will tell you in the on board diagnostics.

Thanks for the update,I've spoken to the garage today and they say it's common for the iron filings from the dmf breaking up to get into the starter motor causing issues so looks like I will have to get the DMF changed.
