Strange Noise - Passenger Side (Like Wind Noise)

Very strange indeed. Sounds a little like something is catching in the wind but its not that.

 

It lasts a second or two then stops suddently (as if a flap is closing or something). Its like brrrrrrr, stop, brrrrrr, stop.

 

Deffo from passenger side. Driving me mad. any ideas at all?

 

(BTW - seems to be less with the blowers turned off completely - I think!)
