derekod Posted July 3, 2014 Report Posted July 3, 2014 Does anyone hear on the forum have access for the K.I.S repair times to replace a clutch on a 2006 MKII Ford Galaxy 1.9tdi 130BHP?The reason I ask is because the car has a 4 star warranty from the WMS group which will cover up to Quote
daddyfixit Posted July 3, 2014 Report Posted July 3, 2014 (edited) 4.00 hours for full clutch kit/release bearing, or 4.20 hours if you change flywheel as well. both those brands of clutch are good ones, I wouldn't pay the extra to see them inside a ford box though !! bigdave982 Posted July 4, 2014 Report Posted July 4, 2014 4 hours to change the clutch?? Good luck with that Quote
SilverBeast Posted July 4, 2014 Report Posted July 4, 2014 Make sure they check or replace the Dual Mass Flywheel and the slave cylinder if you get it replaced as either will need it removing again (the slave cylinder is inside the housing) Quote
