Rear Cigar Lighter Fuse Blown

hi all

could any one tell me where the fuse is for the rear cigar power outlets it has blown a fuse but i cant find a blown fuse in the main fuse box galaxy 1997

I think it is under the driver's seat on some models.

F7 - 20Amp for the Cigarette Lighter
F76 - 15Amp for the rear 12V Sockets

 

75 & 76 are under drivers seat.
7 is in the central fuse box to the right of the steering column.

 

Can't see anything helpful in the haynes manual for it.
