jordanmac Posted February 10, 2014 Report Posted February 10, 2014 Hi, My Galaxy rear washer is working but it doesn't seem to spray on the window. It looks to me like there might have been a little nozzle reducer in the washer hole that might have forced the water to spray and not just scoot straight out. Any ideas? Does this make sense? Cheers Jordan Quote
chromedome Posted February 10, 2014 Report Posted February 10, 2014 It should have something that looks a bit like a ball bearing with a hole in it. It is also worth noting that it is a nightmare getting it to squirt in the right place. Quote
jordanmac Posted February 10, 2014 Author Report Posted February 10, 2014 (edited) Thanks for your reply. Its safe to say mine doesn't have that. Can i get a replacement part or is this going to be a scrappy job? I guess this is not what i am looking for for a 2004 MK2 https://www.fordpartsuk.com/shop/ford_galaxy_2000-2006_rear_window_washer_jet_f_1331448_c_520.htm Edited February 10, 2014 by jordanmac Quote
insanitybeard Posted February 10, 2014 Report Posted February 10, 2014 That's exactly what you need, it's just a little plastic stud that pushes into the hollow wiper spindle- the wiper spindle doubles as the delivery tube for the washer fluid. Quote
jordanmac Posted February 10, 2014 Author Report Posted February 10, 2014 Ah brilliant thanks guys. Will order it now. Quote
