Heated Seats Not Working

I have a 52 sharan tdi and noticed the heated seats don't work, there is a 5 amp fuse that is blown so I replaced it with another, this blew as I switched on the seat heater.

Is a 5 amp fuse correct for heated seats?

Where should I look first?

I would like either the heated seats or the aux heater to work this winter.

Dunno but 5amp seems a bit light for any heater element

I think it should be 20amp
