gazmech Posted October 30, 2013 Report Posted October 30, 2013 What would make my drivers tyre bald passenger side is fine where as drivers is bald, I have a clunk wen I go over a speed hump or pot hole. It's driving me mad as I have loads of problems to sort out,air bag light still, abs light, I have changed abs sensor on passenger side and changed the squib and lights still on. Help please I'm going insane. Quote
viperclive Posted October 30, 2013 Report Posted October 30, 2013 The clunk is either drop link or rear bush on wishbone, it May be front shock which could contribute to tyre wear if on same side. It May be tracking well out on that side or inner track rod end, which we call the lolly pop end up north! People forget about the inner ones, to test them I find that if you disconnect track rod end and arm is well floppy then maybe it's time to change them, did mine last year after putting new rack on, another pointer to them going is excessive vibration on steering wheel when breaking hard as though you have a warped disc. Jaysm1 Posted October 30, 2013 Report Posted October 30, 2013 With the airbag light mine was the same, I changed the squib ring and drivers airbag (both second hand) and the light was still on. It finally went off when the airbag system was reset on my scanner. Quote
gazmech Posted October 30, 2013 Author Report Posted October 30, 2013 Had it on a scanner and was told the B+ was to low had battery checked and it's ok. Quote
