Pasting Solution For The Plastic Inside The Door Covers

Hi,

I have a small problem and I think that this picture will explain better

Does anyone know where can I buy this kind of glue or whatever that yellow thing is? It seems pretty solid. 

 

Also there is that black glue that is used to paste that grey skin inside the door. I need some of that also, since my mechanic made a total mess of my door.
