Door Harness Retaining Clip

I had a rear door speaker not working and an intermittent electric window. I removed the door harness to reveal some cut wires. I've soldered and fixed the wires however, I have broken the circular clip that retains the harness connectors either side of the body panel. It's a round clip with 3 red tabs on both sides. Does anyone know if this part of the harness or whether they can be bought separate. Searched eBay but no luck...
