Gal 2.3 Auto Prob

hi my gal is playing up it starts first time every time but sometimes 2min into the journey it splutters and go's to stall if I pump the accelerator pedal or turn the ignition off  and back on it runs perfect any ideas as not good when you are pulling out of a junction when it happens

Check for vaccum pipe leaks which may be causing it to run lean.
