Front Heater Blower

On my 2003 Galaxy I have a problem with the front heater blower/fan.When it was on setting 1 & 2 the fan didn't work but the air con did.When switching to 3 & 4 the fan worked but the air con went off.

I changed the resistor ,now the fan works on 2 , 3 & 4 but the air con doesn't .When in position 1 the fan doesn't work but the air con does.

Any ideas ?
