Dual Mass Flywheel

Hi. I'm shortly going to have to replace the dual mass flywheel on my 56 reg Galaxy. Does anyone by chance have any recommended procedure/directions for the gearbox removal. Just wondering if its similar to the mondeo in terms of subframe removal etc. Thanks for looking and really would appreciate any info.

Dave, subframe off not a difficult clutch to change but time consuming. Took me five hours on a two post ramp.
