Abs Light Fault Code 00287

As the title suggests I've got code 00287 can I assume that's its just a straight forward sensor change to cure or any suggestions before I pay £50 for a new sensor? Thanks

Before you spend your good hard earned cash check the ABS rings around the cv joints they have a habit of coming away first I had the same problem order sensor turned out to be abs ring  common fault luckily  I got a refund

My abs light goes out when its raining :rolleyes: better hope its pouring down in a couple weeks when mot is due, lol
