Power Steering Adjusting Toothed Nut

My alhambra has a toothed adjusting nut which is worn. cant seem to find one to buy. it locks into the metal plate.

on this parts pictures it looks like number 16. but i see no teeth on it.

any ideas.

Did the dealer you mentioned in the original post not recognise the part number 034903555B ?
