Galaxy 2010 - Drive Error

Was listening to radio and sound went funny. Went to CD and it shows DRIVE FAULT

 

Now I get no sound out at all out of any (radio, aux) - never even used the CD drive.

 

Any ideas?

 

BTW - car is just under 3 years old - covered by warranty for ICE?

 

Hopefully not relevant but I had a 3rd part tow bar fitted yesterday. Already having problems with reverse sensors, hope its not turning into an 'electrical' problem.
