Egr Valve Access

how do you all remove the egr valve, ive just been trying for the past 2 hours and had trouble getting any tools down there.

i know the bolts are 10mm, what about the pipe bolt size?

 

i know there is alot of topics about the egr, but nothing really detailed enough, I do have a haynes manual, but its v basic instructions

 

any help is most welcome.

 

anyone in the essex area to gimme a hand would be even better :P

I think Mirez did a total clean out of inlet manifold and EGR valve with clear dismantling details, its in the faqs i think

Found it, but it's for the diesel
