Multi-region Crack For Visteon Sd 8010

Hello everyone. Been lurking this forum. Found the following posted on a US website:

 

turn on SD-8010

With Remote control:

press "EJECT"; the screen will display "OPEN"

Press"7269x" to setup region code to Region x

Then screen will display "REGION x"

Replace x by 0,1,2,... =region code number

Hi again. I think 03 galaxy model year had a unit SD 8000 as standard fit. The suggested crack I found was for a Crysler Voyager (not that that makes any odds) but had an SD8010 unit from Visteon. I think it's such an unusual bit of kit that the chipboards (that hold the cracks as ROM) will be standard in this case, tho I havn't looked up differences between the two models. Unlike earlier posters, I don't believe "there is no crack for the viston". The smaller the unit run of electronics the more engineers will build 'back-doors' to create universal markets.

DOH !!!

Checked last night as I couldn't remember what the remote looked like. No number keypad on the remote so it looks like back to the search.
