New Key Help

Well as the title suggest, i am trying to set my remote central locking on the car now i have a key i bought off ebay that i can get in to reprogramme mode first time everytime i try but it doesnt talk to the car either faulty or wrong frequency.

 

I bought a second key off ebay with the correct frequencey but here is the issue it wnt go into programme mode. its quite pointless standing outside putting the car in learning mode and spending hours trying to get key in prgramme mode.

 

so ive been trying in house for over an hour hold lock press unlock 3 times no joy,

 

Any one had this issue i have split the key and hoping the memory will erase from key see if that helps other than that any1 any ideas

I remember doing this with pretty much all of my previous 4 gals, apparently there are a couple of different ways to do the programming.. I can't quite remember right now..

but I don't remember it ever taking more than 10 minutes tbh.

 

What method(s) are you trying ?

 

Oh I just remembered, sometimes the description of what to do, and what you actually have to do - can be a little "off"

hold lock down tap open 3 times let go on any other key the key then blinks six times but this one wont
