Update;

About to pull the trigger on an 06 Alhambra stylance, 54k 1 owner, seat maintained.

Got heated seats, screen, cruise, just what the wife wants.

As I,m not best with searching, can I ask what's the best vag-com cable to buy, would eBay be OK?.

Gregers, it's the 140 diesel beast, picked it up yesterday, very pleased with it, but spent a bit more than I really wanted to.

It runs well, but for a tenner, a vagcom lead may pay for itself in one go.

Next thing is a dog guard,rubber boot mat, and eventually a tow bar.

Thanks for the thought, obviously it's got reverse sensors (that work, unlike my D3), do I need a swan neck, or will a flange type do? I only need single electrics,7 pin for a small trailer.

search on ebay or pay a visit to your local tow bar fitter for info.

Swan neck didnt come with the car so yeah i have a looj on ebay everynow and again

either that m8,or ask at the place you bought it from or look on the log book for previous owners details and drop them a line.

it could be hanging in there garage collecting dust???

Got a reciept for the towbar being fitted and texted the guy about it but got no reply so hey ho

Sure I saw a detached bit of a tow bar on eBay a few days ago, seller mentioned his dad sold the car with the mount on it. Can't remember what make though.
