Fault Code P2008

Hi,

 

I am a newbie here. I had my zetec 2.0 petrol about 2 months. The engine light is intermittently on and off from the time i bought it. Got it scanned with diagnostic tool and return error code P2008 - Intake Manifold Runner Control Circuit/Open. Has no idea at all about this and realized that the car losing power sometimes. Anyone has the same problem before?

Did you resolve this issue? My 2006 MKIII is coming up with the same error and has lost some power.

 

Any suggestions for solutions appreciated.
