Hi people, you are the people who can help/advise ...here is my challenge:

Electrical fault somewhere but where to start and diagnose without paying through the nose:

1. Drivers side electric window does not opereate from drivers side.

2. Passenger electric window does not operate from drivers side unless the drivers door is opened! (Passenger can operate electric window ok).

3. When in reverse the parking sensor (noise) contunuous sound ...not beeping ....even with nothing behind the noise stil sounds so have to switch off parking sensor.

4. Hazard lights come on briefly when rear window demister switched on.

Have checked fuses, wiggled a few wires ....so what's next?!

Many thanks

I forgot to mention the parking sensor fault is most likely to be either damaged wiring to a sensor or a faulty sensor. I would do a check for chaffedbroken wires by the sensors and if that was ok I would get another sensor and then using this sensor I would swop it for each one on the car until it was fixed.

If you have a fault reader a fault memory test may show which sensor is faulty but not always.

Best wishes

Dave
