beesah Posted December 4, 2012 Report Posted December 4, 2012 So to cut a long story short, I was told the whining sound from our 2005 Ford Galaxy TDDi 150bhp was the clutch as it only happens when I depress the clutch slightly. So after an expensive clutch replacement, the fault is still there. Deeper investigation shows that it is very likely to be the bearings in the gearbox. Sadly though we dont have the gearbox details and there are several gearboxes about. So, is there any kind soul out there that can give us some advise on how to identify which gearbox we need and any reccomendations on where to get one from? Many thanks Quote
