Where Is The Central Locking Ecu(black Box)?

i have a mk1 (99) reg galaxy and need to find this, where is it, i have looked under the front seats, and looked in front kick pannels, behind fuse box.....cant find it

Usually found in a puddle under the front passenger seat......unless of course it's been removed...!

Lol wasnt there on mine..but i changed the fuse box and it all works fine

On 98-on cars, the central locking gubbins is in the body control module, part of the fusebox assembly.

 

Pre-98 models, the central locking module is indeed under the passenger seat, often in a puddle of water. :(
