Refering to my last posting :

"Hi everyone - has anyone else experienced a problem with the new 2004 Galaxy pulling to the right ? I have taken mine back to the dealers twice now (it is only a week old ..) with the following problems:

1. Car pulling to the right.

2. Steering wheel wobble (very bad ).

3. Wind noise from drivers door.

My previous car was a 2003 Galaxy - same model and spec and I had no problems with it (apart from airbag recall and noisy electric window ...)."

I wonder if anyone at Ford visits this site or cares about their customers after the deal is done ? Does anyone have anything good (or bad ) to say about the big company ?

By the way the problems still remain - only three weeks old and with 850 miles on it --- customer care ... what customer care !!

The Site Admin would claim they do!

But they don't, I would doubt.

Corporate feedback mechanisms do not include user groups or forums.

Nice pussy by the way.

They do include a review of warranty claims though, so hopefully the "E-max" (or whatever the replacement vehicle is called) will have a reliable aircon system and will drive "straight".

As the Galaxy factory in Portugal is now fully owned and run by the VW group I don't think Ford gives a Toss about the Galaxy. It will disappear from their line up soon. Likewise I suspect VW Group will dump their versions soon as they probably feel a little sick buying Ford components....

Galaxy - classic car staus soon???

Friend of mine who works for SAP (ERP software) has mentioned that something is happening at AE Palmela for implementation next year.

I have suggested he gets his info soon or suffer a slap to the facial dept.

Yeah, but I've just given up smoking and I am not my usual calm, collected and passive self.
