Whooshing Noise At The Rear

Hi again everyone

 

I was coming off a slip road and some Idiot in a van was coming up behind me very fast so i decided to put my foot down on doing this i heard a whooshing noise at the back is this normal.

how much fuel you got in at the mo,think this has been asked in the past and iirc it was the fuel slooshing around????

Maybe the extra pressure has popped the rear exhaust box.
