Aircon Is On Even Ignition Key Is Off.

hi. my 96 galaxy 2.0 petrol aircon is swith on while car is not running. found out one morning when car had flat baterry, open the bonnet to jump start car i immidiately noticed a tube covered with ice semilar to one in the frezzer. sure it was the aircon switch on over night. i noticed also that even aircon is switch off while car is running the idle is up by 100 rpm, the same idle when aircon is on. need help to rectify the problem

p.s. can any one tell me where to find main fuse for aircon and relays thank you regards
