Sorry if there has been other posts about problems like this, but the search tool is timing out for me. My Galaxy (52 plate on 125000 miles) drivers seat base foam seems to have deteriorated. I think the previous owner might have been a little over weight and I gues turning to get out has put a lot of pressure on the edge of the seat. I cam feel a thin metal rod that runs from front to back that is starting to dig in when I drive the car. Is there an easy way to get the bottom seat cover off so I can eihter replace the foam or patch it up with rags and duck tape?

id have thought so ....just remember the air bag...diconnect the battery first .....i have the same problem ...my plan is to use the base from one of the rear seats . Edited by traff
