Have a look under dash right hand side

thank you looked there but there is only a glove compartment, with air conditioning unit behind it....there is fuse box on drivers side below steering column, BUT fuses go from 51 to 62 and I require fuse 37?

Check condition of wires in door looms where they articulate.

Experienced just this issue with near side window and mirror failure chased down to broken wires in drivers door loom and failed offside passenger window due to broken wire in O/S passenegr door loom. The plastic insulation goes hard with age and breaks wires. Check out post on FAQs.

Fuse 2 appears to be electric windows and mirrors.

Note: major changes occurred going from early 98 (1Z engine) to late 98 (AHU/AFN) models. The wiring was completely revamped and fuses/layout are completely different.
