Voyager777 Posted May 2, 2012 Report Posted May 2, 2012 Hi guy's, firstly, let me apologise if this topic has come up before, but I'm still find ing my way around. When I bought my Galaxy, a 2001 2.3 Zetec, it only came with one key!!! My question's are, can you get replacement keys without going to a Ford dealer? How much would Ford charge for replacement keys? Do they have a transponder in the key to operate the pats? Can anyone get key's programmed? I used to be able to program new key's on my old Scorpio myself, but that included using the original red key. Did the Galaxy originally come with a Master Red Key? All help and advice greatly appreciated.Regards voyager777 Quote

nicebutdim Posted May 2, 2012 Report Posted May 2, 2012 Recently I popped into my local Timpson to ask about a replacement key for my mk1. They can do it without the master key and it costs about Quote
