Immobiliser Problem

Hi all,

 

Have a galaxy mk3 tdci auto, recently went away for a while and when i came back tried starting but battery was flat. Have charged the battery now but now message comes up that the immobiliser is active and will not start. Car was fine before flat battery.

 

Any ideas or is this a dealer only fix?
