Driver Window

My driver window came out the runner today on my T reg galaxy. Managed to get the panel off and refit the glass, but now it only goes about halfway up, struggles, then goes back down. Help Please :-(

sounds like you have suffered the dreaded over run within the motor assembly,

you will have to take the door card off and remove the regulator(frame)and with 3 pairs of hands remove the motor,

be aware inside is a plastic spool the wire is wrapped round this,alternating.

i bet this has stripped and bunched the wire up.

 

you can buy repair kits from ebay,or source another regulator from a scrappy.
