Lights On Dashboard Hot Working

I have a problem with the lights on the dashboard not working when the two back doors and tailgate are opened.

When the two fronts are opened all ok. Anyone help me with this problem please, Ray

Very strange, however, strange things happen when the door/tailgate wiring is cracked or broken. I would check all the wiring to each door and the tailgate and repair if required.
