Whining From Front Wheel Near Side

i have a whining sound from the front near side.

it is speed dependant, and is loud at 70mph

whining is irrespective of gear engagement,

today i changed the hub and bearing assembly but this made no difference.

next job is the driveshaft replacement, but the drive is silky smooth and i have no clunks or vibrations??

 

 

the sound is similar to a 4x4 in low range where the whining noise changes with acceleration and deceleration

I had the same problem at all speeds mate, turns out it was the wife got shot of her and the whining went. hope this helps
