Door Wire Colours

Hi chaps

 

I've done a search and can't find an answer so perhaps some kind sir (or lady) can advise.

 

Basically Passenger Rear Window stopped working about 6 months ago. Finally got the balls (and time) to have a look today (during lunch) and found 3 broken wires (+ lots more bare wire ;)).

 

I don't have a soldering iron and tbh am a little apprehensive about using that but do have some crimping joins around.

 

Anyway of the three wires I managed to do two of them, one is a brown wire, one red and yellow and the thinnest is black/yellow (which I didnt manage to do today).

 

Put it all back and door window isn't working still but on a positive note the little red light now works :lol:

 

Can anyone tell me what the colours of the wires are please.

 

Brown

Red/Yellow

Black/Yellow.

ps - If anyone near Heathrow area fancies soldering my wires I'm sure I can sort them out a few bob/beers.
