Rear Washer Jet

hi there i have a ford galaxy 2.3i 51 plate my problem is that when i push the wiper arm to let water onto the back window my wiper only goes the once and stops then a few seconds later it will go again, the rear wiper will not go for the full 4 strokes could anyoine give me any help on this

Maybe its needing a stripdown, the spindle greased and reassembled.
