Noise Under Acceleration

We have a strange noise/vibration under powerful acceleration in 1st 2nd and 3rd gears first time I noticed it was when some traffic lights changed and I accelerated to be sure I went through on yellow (so you know when it happens) normally I do not put my foot down so hard and so never have a problem I was in 3rd gear doing 35mph in a 40 zone so it wasn't labouring was doing just over 2000rpm.

The wife says it's like a juddering gratering noise feeling??

I would think its the DMF (dual mass flywheel) Have had the same problem in my galaxy 1.8 125 Tdci. After tomorrow it will be the 3rd one for my car and car has only 44K miles done. It would appear to be a major problem with these fords. Does anyone on here have any idea what is causing the dmf to fail.
