Blower And Front Wipers Intermittently Not Working

Hi there

 

I'm new to this and would appreciate some help before this costs me a fortune.

 

My Galaxy has an issue where on starting up, the blowers and front wipers intermittently dont work. We have recently changed the battery junction/fuse box as there was a problem with it, but the issue still there. We think it could be a relay problem somewhere but really not sure

 

Any ideas please ???
