Guest docker Posted June 3, 2004 Report Posted June 3, 2004 hi fellas , ive tried & tried &tried to get my rear wiper to stop . if window just needs clearing i.e one wipe , i cant get it to stop until i turn the ignition off . very very irritating as blade screeches anyone else have same prob. cheers PHIL Quote
Guest nimrod Posted June 3, 2004 Report Posted June 3, 2004 Push the stalk away from you as you do to operate the rear wash/wipe quickly and and release it and it should stop! it takes practice :D but you should be able to manage it aftera few weeks practise! B) Quote

Guest nimrod Posted June 3, 2004 Report Posted June 3, 2004 Mines a MK1, so I have to switch on the intermittant wipe, let it wipe once, turn it off and switch it back on at the set time I want, then it should stay at the timed interval I have I just set doesnt the MK2 have a switch on top of the wiper control stalk to adjust the wiper delay?
