Rear Parking Sensor Removeal

Hi

 

Had trouble with my parking sensors, thought it might be the module, but I hav found a faulty sensor.

 

Clipped on a new one and it all seems ok.

 

How do I remove the old sensor from the rear black lower bumper strip.

 

It feels as if its been glued in.

 

If its not obvious I was going to drill it out with progressivly bigger drills until i could get the body out.
