How hard is it to fit a drive shaft an what does it entail?

Bit of an open question, if you are good at diy mechanics then its easy if you arn't then it's hard!

I take it it's a diesel? I'll let you use the search function for actual fitting as there are loads of posts on this but in terms of actual work the Galaxy shafts one of the easier car's to change as nothing else (like the sump/gearbox/engine mount) has to come out.
