been onto a couple of dealers to order a maf and they say after contacting Bosch that there is a 12 week back order so no chance at present.

firstly i think that speaks volumes on the reliability of mafs

secondly does anyone know where i may find one short of 12 weeks

Try LYNX AUTOMOTIVE OF NOTTINGHAM, you will need to phone directory enquiries for tel no, they are open saturday mornings and are quite helpful, you can order by phone and it will arrive within a couple of days, myself and a few of the other members have used Lynx.

Or try your local branch of http://www.gsfcarparts.com/ they do a replacement MAF for the Merc Vito which does the same job and is a lot cheaper!
