bfc1001 Posted June 28, 2011 Report Posted June 28, 2011 not sure if ive asked this before but is it possible to remove my manual air con controls and fit in a climate control unit or is it not that easy ? (2003tdi) im guessing all the software is in the actual control unit and im just wondering does climate have additional wiring looms in the back that wont be fitted to my car? cheers. Quote
MrT Posted June 29, 2011 Report Posted June 29, 2011 It is not that simple as the climate control has many electronically controlled motor driven vent flaps and sensors that direct the air to where it is needed and these are not in the manual controlled version. Quote
