Boot Length With All Seats Removed

Hi there!

 

I'm looking to buy a Ford Galaxy soon and would really like to know the length of the boot/rear space with all seats removed and the front seats as far forward as possible. Any body know or willing to help me out?

roughly in my 2002 model

 

6 foot 8 inch long,

3 foot 8 inch wide measured at the back,,, narrowest point.

Thanks guys. Do you know if the Mk1 differs much from the Mk2?

 

The reason I ask is there may be occassions where I need to sleep in the car... I'm 6' 2" and don't want my head sticking out the boot through the night!
