fankle Posted May 23, 2011 Report Posted May 23, 2011 alternatively has anyone got any diagrams etc of where the pollen/cabin filter is located in the passenger footwell of galaxy mk3/s-max please??Funbus, Release the fusebox by turning thumb screw 90 degrees then lift it up off its hinges. Taking care not to over strain the wiring, move thefusebox to the left. Now look to the right you will see the pollen filter cover near the bulkhead. It is secured with 3, 7mm head self tappingscrews. Once removed you can slide out the filter. You will need to flex/bend it to remove and re-fit. Hope this helps, regards, Fankle. Quote

Here is a better description of how to exchange the filter. Can also be downloaded on the MecaFilter site.On the Galaxy you don't have to remove any fusebox, but instead the accelerator pedal.Vervangen interieurfilter.pdf Quote
fankle Posted September 10, 2011 Report Posted September 10, 2011 That download is for left hand drive cars, you DO have to lower the fuse box on a right hand drive galaxy. Quote
