Turbo Not Working Properly

Hi there, on the good advice of some of you chaps last year I had the MAF sensor changed in my 1.9TDi - seemed to do the trick, but I am now getting a similar problem less than a year later. The Turbo does not cut out completely, but it does do a disappearing act every now and then. Has anyone got any ideas about this ?

Thanks for the advice seatkid, checked out my air filter, cleared a load of leaves out and it's running like a dream now :(
