i started my car today went to shop when came back wont start ... there was noice like too too ... no key contact response from the engine.. some came to pull the care .. 2nd gear it started .. he said go to electrical repair man .. please advise what to do ... thankx

First thing to check is your battery and its state of charge.

 

Then move on to the starter motor - check for voltage going to the solenoid when the key is turned to the start position.
