Wiring Problem

Help needed!

I have a 2004 1.9 TDI and I had wires burnt out close to the BSM under dash (By fuse box).

Left hand indicator stayed on, wipers will not work, all window came down on there own and it looks like the engine immobiliser has kicked in as the engine stopped and will not restart.

Any help would be much appreciated!
